Okay Z Terms & Conditions — Bangladesh Gaming Platform

1. General Terms

Okay z (bundles.okayz.app) is an international online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between okay z and users of the platform ("you" or "Player").

In these terms, "okay z", "we", and "our" refer to the company operating the okay z platform. These terms apply to you from the moment you browse the okay z website, create an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility Verification

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one okay z account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or from the same IP address may result in all accounts being terminated and all funds being forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

During registration, you must provide your full name, date of birth, address, phone number, and email address. okay z reserves the right to terminate accounts and forfeit all funds if false information is provided. We may request supporting documents at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

3. Payment & Transaction Policy

3.1 Deposits

Okay z currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred BDT). The maximum daily deposit limit may vary by user and depends on the account verification level.

• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• No additional charges are applied at the time of deposit.
• Any payment gateway fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the player.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal

Your account must pass KYC verification before any winnings can be withdrawn. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes, though complex verification cases may take up to 24 hours.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.

3.3 Fraud Prevention

7. Account Closure & Termination

• Operating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

All content on the okay z platform — including logos, graphics, software, text, and design — is the intellectual property of okay z or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing, or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Okay z shall not be held liable under any circumstances for the following:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Any losses caused by third-party software or hardware issues.
• Any losses resulting from sharing your account login credentials with others.
• Any service disruption caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

Okay z's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the total amount you deposited in the past 30 days.

10. Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We take all complaints seriously and aim to provide an initial response within 48 hours.

• Step Two: If the issue remains unresolved, you may submit a formal complaint to our compliance department.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Okay z reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will provide at least 7 days' notice via email or through the platform. For minor changes, only the last-updated date at the top of the page will be revised.

Continuing to use okay z after any changes have been made means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, please request account closure.
